Organization & Project Management

Projects at CID are lead usually by a group of three people: a project manager, a business analyst and a solution architect.

Project Manager
- organization of the project staff, time and task planning, responsible contact for the customer
Business Analyst
- requirements engineering, analysis of business needs and a customer’s situation, developing individual solutions and integration of existing products
Solution Architect
- setup of a SOA, orchestrating business & technical features to web services, engineering of customized solutions basing on existing products and services

A strategic milestone planning together with a dynamic and agile development within the single project tasks ensure a safe timeline for the solution delivery on the one hand, a straight and target-focused development of each feature on the other hand.

This way, CID has brought projects basing on its myLOBster product framework as well as individual solutions to success for years. That’s why “We get it done”.

International Projects

People at CID are used to work onsite with the customer, nationally as well as internationally. Especially project managers and business analysts as well as a (usually small) group of developers ensure a close and efficient communication with the customer locally.

Within projects, the customer’s IT may be fully integrated into development and customization of a solution; first, to receive knowledge about the application’s structure and sources, second, to be able to manage an application during regular operation internally and, third, to handle self-made additions and integrations in the future. Of course, CID is available anytime for project tasks to be done, services and support.
