The CID Domain observes continuously technological developments on the international markets and evaluates their use and value for CID solutions as well as for individual projects with our customers. Existing solutions are steadily updated to newer technological approaches by clearly defined product road maps so that our customers may keep running on up-to-date applications.

CID decided to develop software basing on the Microsoft .net framework, building up solutions with a service-oriented architecture (SOA). These solutions do not base on further third-party components but are developed from the first line of code on at CID. This way we offer a maximum of flexibility and scalability to our customers, ensuring the best quality of delivered solutions.

Using a SOA, separating the user’s application frontend (graphical user interface – GUI) from the business layer (software functionality), CID solutions are applied with a variety of user interfaces – e. g. web based frontends, Windows clients and smart phone clients.
